Dispatch Timeline: All pre-order items will be available for pick-up or shipped within 2 weeks after the order window closes.

Communication of Delays: In the rare case of supplier or shipping delays, we will notify you via the email address provided with your order.

Payment: Full payment is required at checkout to secure your pre-order.

Refunds/Cancellations: Pre-orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled once placed.

Combined Orders: If you purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in one transaction, your order will be shipped together once the pre-order is ready (unless you make alternative arrangements with us).
