Returns
Only items that are faulty may be returned. Unfortunately change of mind returns are not accepted. Please also note shipping costs cannot be returned either.
To start the returns process please first contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.
Once we have received your retuned products, your return will be assessed by our team and you will be contacted about its status. If approved, the value of the returned products (minus shipping fees) will be credited via your original payment method.
