Location (Click and Collect Orders)
We are in the Blacktown LGA - Marsden Park, NSW. Please contact us to arrange a time to pick up your click and collect order (to avoid turning up and we're unavailable to hand your order to you). Please also state your order number and name for collection. 

 

How to arrange your click and collect pick up time?
After you have received your order pick up email, please contact us (via email, our website, Facebook or Instagram) to arrange a time to pick up your click and collect order (to avoid turning up and we're unavailable to hand your order to you). Please also state your order number and name for collection. 

 

Shopping options

We offer contact less local pick up (Marsden Park, NSW, in line with current Covid-19 protocols at the time of your order) and Sendle and Australia Post delivery options.

 

What do you have available?

Currently we have heat transfer vinyl (iron-on vinyl), permanent adhesive vinyl (sticker vinyl), blanks and faux leather sheets and accessories available. 

 

How are the vinyl rolls cut?

We sell vinyl in lengths of 30cm, 1m or 10m sheets/rolls. So, for example if you place an order of 5m of one coloured vinyl, generally it will be 5 separate 1m rolls. However, where possible we will try and give you continuous sheets/rolls – this is not guaranteed. Please message us if you have any questions.

 

Order processing time and status
Most orders are packed within 24 - 48 hours. Earlier times can also be accommodated, please let us know. Once your order is packed/shipped an email notification will be sent to you with all you order details. Please contact us if you have any questions. 

 

Shipping time and cost
We only ship Australia wide via Sendle and Australia Post (cost is calculated at the checkout on weight and size of your order) and delivery timeframes are up to 7 days usually (most Australian capital cities). For regional areas please allow an additional few days for delivery. These delivery timeframes are guidelines only as it depends on the capacity of Sendle and Australia Post at the time of your order; please view current shipping information via Sendle and Australia Post. Please ensure you contact us if you have any further questions. 

Please also note we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses for when you qualify for free shipping, so please make sure you provide an alternative address. If no alternative address is provided, we will attempt to contact you for an alternative address, if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours, we will refund your order (minus 4.5% restocking fees).

Use code: FREESHIPPING at the checkout to qualify for free shipping on orders of $175 or over (minus GST), NOT IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY OTHER OFFER. Please note free shipping is capped at $20. If your order shipping amount exceeds $20, you will need to pay for the shipping. Please also note we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses for when you qualify for free shipping, so please make sure you provide an alternative address. If no alternative address is provided, we will attempt to contact you for an alternative address, if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours, we will refund your order (minus 4.5% restocking fees). Note: Free shipping orders are sent via a shipping carrier of our choice. 

 

Do you have GST (Goods and Services Tax)?
Goods and services tax (GST) is a tax of 10% on most goods, services and other items sold or consumed in Australia. It is required by law for a registered Australian business to collect GST to pay to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). This amount is calculated at the checkout. Please keep your transaction records for your taxation purposes. 

 

Can I amend/cancel my order?
Please contact us if you wish to amend/cancel order (some fees will apply). Please note orders cannot be amended/canceled if they have been shipped. 

 

What can I do if there are any issues with my order?
Please let us know within 7 days of any issues/concerns with your order.

 

How long do I have to pick up my order?
After you have received your pickup order confirmation, you have 7 consecutive days to collect your order, otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled and a partial refund will be processed via your original payment method (partial refund is order value minus 4.5% restocking fees).

However we will gladly hold on to your order for 28 days, if you let us know the reason you're unable to collect your order. After 28 days, if you are still unable to collect your order, your order will be automatically cancelled and a partial refund will be processed via your original payment method (partial refund is order value minus 4.5% restocking fees).

You can also request to have your local pick up order posted (please contact us so we can organise shipping costs and method for you).
