Shipping time and cost
We only ship Australia wide via Sendle and Australia Post (cost is calculated at the checkout on weight and size of your order) and delivery timeframes are up to 7 days usually (most Australian capital cities). For regional areas please allow an additional few days for delivery. These delivery timeframes are guidelines only as it depends on the capacity of Sendle and Australia Post at the time of your order; please view current shipping information via Sendle and Australia Post. Please ensure you contact us if you have any further questions.
Please also note we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses for when you qualify for free shipping, so please make sure you provide an alternative address. If no alternative address is provided, we will attempt to contact you for an alternative address, if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours, we will refund your order (minus 4.5% restocking fees).
Due to the increase in Australia post shipping rates, if your order amount exceeds 5kg, you'll only be able to select Sendle as your shipping option. If you do not wish to not use Sendle, please contact us and we'll work out a shipping method for you.
