Sublimation Puzzle: A Perfect Gift for Any Occasion

Looking for a unique and thoughtful gift that’s perfect for any occasion? Whether it’s for a birthday party bag filler, a memorable Mother’s Day or Father’s Day gift, a token of appreciation for a teacher, or a festive Christmas present, a DIY sublimation puzzle fits the bill perfectly. This 20-piece puzzle, measuring 20cm x 14.8cm, offers a fun and creative way to personalize a gift that recipients will cherish.

What You'll Need:

- Sublimation puzzle (20cm x 14.8cm)
- Sublimation paper
- Your favorite design
- Heat press
- Heat-resistant gloves
- Heat-resistant tape
- Clean sheets of paper or Teflon sheet

Step-by-Step Guide:

1.Choose Your Design: Start by selecting your favorite design. This could be a family photo, a piece of artwork, or a meaningful quote. Make sure to mirror your design before printing it on sublimation paper to ensure it transfers correctly.

2.Prepare Your Design: Size your design slightly larger than the puzzle dimensions. A good size to aim for is 20.5cm x 15.3cm. This small overlap ensures the design covers the entire puzzle and allows room to tape it down securely.

3.Set Up Your Heat Press: Lay a clean sheet of paper on the bottom plate of your heat press. This helps protect the puzzle and the press. Preheat your heat press to 175°C (347°F).

4.Position Your Puzzle and Design: Place your sublimation puzzle on the clean sheet of paper. Align your printed design on top of the puzzle, ensuring it is centered and covers the puzzle completely. Secure the design with heat-resistant tape to prevent it from shifting during the transfer process.

5.Cover and Press: Lay another clean sheet of paper or a Teflon sheet over the puzzle and printed design. This extra layer protects both your puzzle and the heat press from any ink that might bleed through.

6.Heat Transfer: Close the heat press and set the timer for 55 seconds. The combination of heat and pressure will transfer your design onto the puzzle.

7.Cool and Reveal: After the timer goes off, carefully lift the press and remove the top paper or Teflon sheet. Using heat-resistant gloves, let the puzzle cool for a bit before gently peeling off the sublimation paper to reveal your masterpiece.
